Return Window We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

- Photos if the item arrived damaged or defective

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right — no return required. We'll offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Opened skincare or cosmetic products (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale at time of purchase
Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, orders may have already been submitted to our fulfillment partner and cannot be cancelled.
